Team Leader in Food Services

This is a role that requires leadership skills and expertise in food services management.

  • Coordinate and supervise front of house activities to achieve high standards and optimize customer experience
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the highest standard of hygiene and safety throughout the department, adhering to the hospital's food safety program.

  • Supervise all front of house staff to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
Requirements:

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Previous experience in supervisory roles in food service or hospitality environments with a focus on customer service
  • Demonstrated understanding and competencies in manual handling training, chemical use, hand hygiene, and food safety
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
