Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

This role is focused on cultivating new business opportunities and enhancing our relationships with existing clients within the agricultural sector.

About the Role

The primary objective of this position is to increase revenue through the development of new business opportunities, while managing key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • IDentify and secure new business prospects, prioritizing the agricultural industries
  • Expand our seller base across multiple sales channels
  • Generate and manage leads to facilitate client meetings
  • Negotiate business agreements and prepare client presentations
  • Evaluate assets to assess viability
  • Foster strong relationships through regular client visits and communication
About You

We are seeking a motivated individual with excellent presentation skills and a customer-centric approach. The successful candidate will have a minimum 4 years' experience in business development, preferably in agriculture or industrial equipment sales.

They will also possess strong industry knowledge, network, and experience in machinery, equipment, and heavy trucks; logistics expertise is an asset.

In addition, they will have demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets with a customer-focused mindset, exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills, and strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
