
Broker Success Manager

The Broker Success Manager (BSM) will play a pivotal role in the Asset Finance Growth Programs (AFGP), aimed at maintaining our position as the leading aggregator in the market and supporting our residential broker businesses to expand their presence in asset finance lending.
The AFGP's objective is to support our groups within Loan Market and partner with the tools, knowledge, and resources needed to diversify their customer offerings.
The BSM will collaborate with students and groups involved in the AFGP to enhance productivity, boost customer retention, and increase asset finance volume over the initial 12-month period and beyond.
Key Activities: Conduct one-on-one and group product coaching sessions with students in the Asset Finance Academy.
Deliver training on new features to relevant networks and small group sessions.
Ensure brokers within the asset finance growth programs are engaged and fully informed about network activities, development, and training.
Collaborate with the Head of Asset and asset team members to develop training materials and lead engaging workshops with peers and lender partners.
Host monthly check-in calls with Asset Finance Academy students to monitor progress and provide guidance.
Serve as a resource for asset finance brokers within LMG and partners, offering insights on products, lender niches, and deal scenarios.
Maintain strong relationships with lender partners supporting the asset finance programs to ensure alignment and ongoing support.
Maintain regular contact with brokers in the Asset Finance Growth Programs, providing support as needed.
Work with the Head of Asset to review the brokerage database, identify opportunities, and recommend targeted marketing materials to attract relevant asset finance queries.
Stay informed about lender product updates, rate changes, and specials to keep brokers updated.
