About the Role:

The Asset Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing and delivering administrative functions, activities, and projects related to building and infrastructure management.

  • Coordinate and undertake projects at corporate and site levels, aligning with Asset Strategy and Performance objectives.
  • Prepare briefings and provide advice on asset services strategy and performance issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Resolve complex matters through effective liaison, consultation, and negotiation with key stakeholders.

Desirable Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualification or extensive knowledge and experience in facilities and asset management/maintenance fields.

Special Conditions:

The successful applicant must obtain a Department of Human Services working with children check prior to employment, which is required to be renewed every five years. The incumbent will also need to complete the RRHAN-EC Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) course or online Fundamentals course, updating it every three years.
