This role involves overseeing the daily operations of a resin manufacturing plant, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality, environmental, health and safety standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background, with experience in managing budgets, teams and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
A key aspect of this role is driving operational excellence through strategic planning and implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles. Experience in EH&S compliance and risk management is also highly desirable.
We are looking for a results-driven professional who can lead our team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Requirements:- Tertiary qualifications in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of resin process technology, modern manufacturing practices and EH&S regulations.
- Proven track record in leading teams, managing budgets and delivering operational excellence.
- Demonstrated experience implementing Lean Manufacturing or other continuous improvement methodologies.
