Group Warranty Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a multi-franchise group located in the southern suburbs of Sydney. They are presently seeking expressions of interest from experienced parties to take on the role of Group Warranty Manager and lead the warranty team, spread over three dealerships.
This position will see you taking charge of all warranty work within the group and ensuring that all claims are undertaken correctly, to provide quick turnaround for affected customers. You will lead a team of experienced Warranty Clerks and will be the sounding board for advice involving any claim corrections or chargebacks.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Managing warranty claims and ensuring timely resolution
- Leading a team of Warranty Clerks to achieve excellent customer service
- Providing guidance and support to team members
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless warranty process
