Warranty Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Warranty Manager to oversee the warranty process, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and diagnose faults, determining whether they are attributable to our company or the customer.
- Maintain and manage administrative tasks on a daily and weekly basis, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Apply technical expertise to resolve welding issues, drawing on your background in welding, carpentry, or related fields.
- Conduct safety checklist audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Manage architectural build projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Proven experience in a technical role, preferably with a background in welding, carpentry, or related fields.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to accurately diagnose and address faults.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
