About the Role
The Warranty Manager will be responsible for overseeing the warranty process, ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction in architectural builds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve faults in architectural builds, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Manage administrative tasks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Apply technical expertise to resolve welding issues, leveraging experience in welding, carpentry, or related fields.
- Conduct safety audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a technical role, preferably with a background in welding, carpentry, or related fields.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to accurately diagnose and address faults.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
