Residential Valuation Specialist

This role plays a vital part in the development of our Residential Valuation service.

On a daily basis, you will conduct property inspections, research and prepare sales and data reports, all in accordance with relevant legislation and professional standards.

Working with our best-in-class property software and systems allows our valuers to minimize time in the field while maximizing reporting data capture.

The position is based in Darwin with flexible working arrangements available.

  • Maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About You:

We are seeking a driven professional with high valuation skills and exceptional communication and business development abilities.

You must have a strong client network and a commitment to ongoing professional development, together with:

  • A graduate degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications.
  • RPV or CPV status combined with significant experience in residential valuation.
  • Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills.
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication.
