We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our team in Queensland.

This is a full-time opportunity, working from our office, with a strong focus on managing facilities in a diverse portfolio and delivering exceptional workplace experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Services Management: Oversee maintenance services, including coordinating specialised trades.
  • Task Management: Manage and ensure tasks are completed within timeframes.
  • Risk Mitigation: Mitigate risk to buildings for users by ensuring facilities are fit-for-purpose.
  • Safety, Environmental and Quality Control: Manage safety, environmental, and quality control of all hard FM activities.
  • Critical Defect Works Management: Manage the delivery of urgent/critical defect works, as required, to make safe, respond to emergencies, or fix breakdowns during the defect period.
  • Budget Management: Adhere to site budgets, including materials, chemicals, and consumables expenditure.
  • Quality Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular quality audits/inspections and report and investigate hazards, incidents, and accidents.

A successful candidate will possess:

  • Stakeholder Management Experience: At least 3 years' experience in stakeholder management and building successful relationships.
  • Relationship Building: The ability to build strong working relationships with clients, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Workplace Health & Safety Knowledge: Awareness of workplace health & safety regulations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of OH&S Act 2000, ISO, and EQUIP standards.
  • Police Criminal History Check: A police criminal history check.
  • Team Leadership: Proven experience managing diverse teams effectively and handling complex delivery models.
