Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with the delivery of non-tax legal and dispute resolution services through the provision of procedural, operational, and legal support.
  2. Analyse, interpret, and apply legislation, policies, practices, and precedents in the resolution of legal matters under the direction of more senior employees or escalating cases where appropriate.
  3. Assist with managing disputes in a range of jurisdictions on behalf of the ATO in relation to non-tax legal matters.

Requirements:

  • Must have completed a university degree within the last five years or be in the final year of study.
  • At the time of commencing the program, must have completed all course requirements.
