
Asia Pacific Modernization Strategy Lead

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to help drive modernization initiatives for Asia Pacific & Japan's largest organizations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent relationship-building capabilities, a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business and technical challenges, and ability to build compelling value propositions to customers.
This role is critically important as modernization is a top strategic priority. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the APJ modernization strategy and leading its execution for AWS services, collaborating with sales teams, Partners, Marketing, and other Specialists.
Key Responsibilities- Serves as a modernization champion within AWS
- Develops the APJ modernization strategy and leads its execution for AWS services, collaborating with sales teams, Partners, Marketing, and other Specialists
- Develops a standard market intelligence framework to be utilized by the Field, GTM, and Marketing teams
- Comfortable interacting at the CxO/VP level, to influence executives to take action
- Partner with various AWS teams to help develop proposals that accelerate modern services adoption, secure lighthouse customers, and drive revenue growth
- Drives field and partner readiness by developing and deploying programs that leverage AWS teams, as well as technology and consulting partner channels
- Collaborates with Product and Technical teams to create solutions that solve customer problems, including reference architectures, patterns, automation, and release plans
