Part-Time Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Coordinator to join our team at SJ Personnel. As an Admin Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
This is a hands-on role with a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
- Administrative Support:
- Managing general office tasks such as answering calls, responding to emails, and maintaining files and records.
- Coordinating office supplies and assisting with basic office maintenance.
- PA Support:
- Supporting the management team with scheduling, diary management, and other personal assistant duties.
- Preparing reports, meeting agendas, and presentations as required.
- Quoting and System Management:
- Creating and managing quotes in Xero, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Updating client and project records in our systems.
- Sales Administration:
- Providing administrative support to the sales team, including order tracking and client communication.
- Assisting with customer inquiries and maintaining excellent client relationships.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: A background in admin, PA, or sales support roles. Xero experience is highly desirable but not essential if you're eager to learn.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn new systems.
- Attributes:
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- The ability to work independently while being a great team player.
