Job Description

  • Manage and monitor tenant, licensee, and casual user activity across our ports, and land and property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Conduct planned and ad hoc inspections of all port land and property, leased, licensed or used by third parties to ensure compliance with property agreements and port standards and conditions;
  • Identify and report instances of non-compliance and action resolution strategies to limit exposure to risk and remediate instances of non-compliance swiftly;
  • Prepare and maintain detailed records, collect evidence and prepare documentation for all instances of non-compliance; and
  • Support tenants, licensees and other users of port land and property, or key stakeholders with compliance information and guidance on requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Valid driver's licence;
  • Experience in a compliance or regulatory role;
  • Ability to interpret and understand property agreements (leases, licences), property legislation and various statutes;
  • Experience with managing compliance in a public facing role; and
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to effectively establish working relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
