Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing customs documentation in compliance with local regulations and ensuring the smooth flow of customs procedures.
  • Entering and managing data in customs systems to ensure all transactions are accurate and up to date.
  • Conducting quality checks and audits to maintain high standards of best practices.
  • Managing payments and handling customs-related accounting tasks.
  • Performing back-office duties, including scanning, filing, and reporting.
Requirements
  • General understanding of freight forwarding and customs procedures.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs.
