Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to join our team. As the go-to person for all aspects of inventory, distribution, and freight management, you will play a vital role in driving operational excellence within our Brisbane-based warehouse.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for overseeing stock control and dispatch, ensuring seamless execution of our logistics strategy
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of accountability, efficiency, and high performance
  • Maintain compliance with WH&S standards, fostering a safe working environment

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in warehouse and distribution management
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • A hands-on approach to team coordination and problem-solving
  • Solid understanding of OH&S principles and legislation
  • Experience with ERP and warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • A current forklift license
  • Excellent communication, time management, and analytical skills
