We are seeking an exceptional Operational Lead to join our team. As a key member of our management group, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and excellence in our Windsor store.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering results-driven operational improvements. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, staff rostering, and cost management.


About the Role:
