Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operational Lead to join our North Brisbane team. This pivotal role involves leading and motivating a team of professionals, ensuring excellent customer service is consistently delivered, and overseeing operational excellence.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a management or leadership position in a high-volume setting.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to de-escalate situations.
  • Proven ability to work towards sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
