Lead Retail Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned retail professional to lead our store operations, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales revenue and achieve financial goals.
  • Deliver Operational Excellence: Establish high-performance standards, streamline processes, and optimize store layouts for maximum efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to motivate and develop a team of retail professionals. They will work collaboratively with the Store Manager to create a positive and inclusive work environment, foster a culture of innovation, and drive business results through data-driven decision making.

Requirements:

  • Retail Experience: Proven track record in fast-paced retail environments, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in management or leadership roles.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills to lead and inspire a large team.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze sales data, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategic plans to drive business results.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and senior management.
