Operational & clinical support is provided across a medium sized residential aged care facility. You will be responsible for the day to day management and continued success of this service in a stunning region.

About the Role:
You will report to the Regional Manager and work collaboratively with your clinical lead. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring high quality person centred care, maximising revenue and maintaining accreditation standards.
As an experienced, self-motivated and proactive manager, you will have a proven track record in operational management, including achieving financial budgets and implementing standards and procedures.
Main Duties:
- Day to day operations & management of the service
- Ensuring occupancy levels are met & maintained through community engagement
- Finance & HR management
- Motivating, training & developing team members
- Ensuring compliance & quality indicators are met in line with accreditation & industry standards

Requirements:
- AHPRA Registered Nurse registration with previous leadership experience
- Staff mentorship & development experience
- Up to date working knowledge & experience achieving accreditation standards
- Ability to identify & improve areas of clinical risk & quality guidelines
