Industrial Operations Manager

This role entails the effective management of industrial systems to ensure seamless production. As an Industrial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various processes, including boiler operation, turbine generator maintenance, ash handling, and bagasse system management.
To excel in this position, you must possess a strong understanding of High Risk Work Licences, specifically Turbine Operator (TO) and Advanced Boiler Operator (BA). Additionally, having desirable licences such as Working Safely at Heights and Confined Spaces is highly beneficial.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, enabling them to provide regular and accurate feedback on station performance to senior management. Furthermore, they should demonstrate a commitment to supporting the professional development of team members and ensuring a safe working environment.
