Are you a skilled professional seeking a challenging role in front of house management? We are looking for an experienced Coordinator to join our team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Client Services Manager regarding all reception-related matters;
- Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with key supervisors within the Client Services Team;
- Coordinate weekly meetings and impromptu catch-ups with CS supervisors to ensure timely sharing of event and meeting information and collaborate on customised solutions for events and functions;
- Manage the operation of the reception desk by providing leadership, supervision, and training to permanent and casual staff;
- Utilise the computer-based booking system to process and confirm all bookings;
- Greet clients and staff in a professional manner, promptly notifying relevant parties of their arrival and guiding them to their designated rooms;
- Ensure the reception team effectively handles room bookings, catering arrangements, and resource allocation, adhering to established standards and procedures;
- Develop and maintain accurate procedural documents, promptly communicating changes to the reception team and ensuring the content remains up to date;
- Assist with cost analysis, database management, and accurate financial reporting;
- Ensure the accuracy and currency of database information and event charges, supporting reporting processes; and
- Provide after-hours support to clients, partners, and staff located on the client floor.

Requirements:
- 5 years previous experience in a front of house role within a professional hospitality or corporate environment;
- Strong stakeholder management and personal leadership skills;
- Previous experience supervising staff is advantageous.
