
Front Desk Support Professional

We are seeking an organized and proactive Front Desk Support Professional to be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our workshop.
A willingness to learn is essential, and full training will be provided.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Manage phone calls, greet customers, and provide updates on vehicle repairs.
- Prepare files for customer claims and communicate with insurance companies effectively.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, offering a stable work environment and opportunities for growth.
Key requirements include:
- Office administration experience (1 year preferred) with a strong focus on multitasking and time management.
- Proficiency in English as well as Turkish language skills (preferred).
- Work authorization in Australia (desired).
