Key Staffing Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrator to lead the recruitment and onboarding of new associates.

About the Role
  • Recruit and onboard new associates for various facilities.
  • Audit compliance to defined processes and procedures, including Salesforce management, Eligibility, Reporting, and Associate Experience.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements.
  • Participate in workforce staffing projects.
  • Develop effective communication processes for smooth information flow between stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 6+ months of human resources experience.
  • 6+ months of customer service experience.
  • 6+ months of Microsoft Office product experience.
  • High school or equivalent education.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of human resources experience.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
