Strategic Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner to drive our end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. This role will play a pivotal part in attracting, sourcing, and retaining top talent for our organization.
As a key member of our HR team, you will partner closely with Hiring Leaders and stakeholders to understand their talent needs and develop innovative recruitment strategies to meet our hiring goals.
You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from job creation to interviewing candidates. Your expertise in sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques will ensure that we attract and hire the best talent for our organization.
Our ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Talent Acquisition specialist, preferably in the education sector. They will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers.
