About the JobWe are seeking a Recruitment or Talent Subject Matter expert to lead and deliver strategic initiatives supporting whole-of-government workforce priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-value projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with broader organisational strategies and government priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex projects, particularly in areas such as recruitment systems or workforce reform.
- Drive improvements to business and recruitment processes, applying human-centred design or Lean/Agile methodologies.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support cultural and operational shifts in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, building consensus and influencing decision-making.
- Demonstrated success in driving process improvement and innovation.
- Proven project management expertise, particularly in areas related to workforce platforms or enterprise solutions.
- Experience in leading organisational change initiatives.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to translate big-picture objectives into actionable project plans.
