Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:- Manage project contracting processes to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- Critically appraise contracts documents to mitigate risks.
- Coordinate supplier sourcing and manage contractual relationships.
- Ensure contract documents are in strict accordance with approved templates.
- Work closely with the project team to process and manage contract documents efficiently.
- Coordinate and manage change management processes as required.
- Manage supply chain integration and scope changes.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of commercial management/quantity surveying experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement practices.
- Experience with large-scale data center projects.
