Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers engaged in various tasks such as foundation work, framing, roofing, and finishing.
  • Manage job site coordination, including ensuring that the project runs smoothly from start to finish.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other subcontractors.
  • Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Manage construction sub-trades and suppliers on the job site and mitigate issues as they arise.
  • Requisition materials and supplies.
  • Train workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of site supervisory experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in siding, flooring, painting, concrete finishing, or carpentry.
