The RoleThis position plays a key role in the Community Partnerships, Central Highlands Area, West Division, contributing to the department's strategic aspiration that all Victorians are safe, healthy and able to lead fulfilling lives.
The job involves working on various projects and initiatives that require collaboration and engagement with communities, stakeholders and government agencies to address health and wellbeing determinants.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of strategic responses to meet the health and community needs of the Central Highlands Area.
- Assist in analyzing research data to gain insights into local health, social, cultural and environmental priorities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver community development programs and evidence-based interventions that improve overall health outcomes.
