About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in training and development, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality programs that meet the needs of our volunteers.

The Learning Development Specialist will play a critical role in coordinating designing developing implementing and evaluating training programs that enhance the capability of our volunteers. This includes providing direct support and advice to Regional teams ensuring consistency and standardisation of leadership training and working closely with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have well-developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop reports and convey training information and objectives to internal and external customers. They will also have an understanding of contemporary-based training and development business practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing training programs that meet the needs of our volunteers
  • Providing direct support and advice to Regional teams
  • Ensuring consistency and standardisation of leadership training
  • Working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality programs

The successful candidate will be highly organised adaptable and able to prioritise multiple projects within quality and time parameters. They will also be professional a great team member and excel in their follow up on tasks.

Qualifications and Experience
