Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Capacity Building Specialist, working with us to build the capacity of our community to be more inclusive of people with disability.

The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education and experience in developing and implementing community capacity building plans.

  • Salary: $49,832.40 - $53,175.30 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Key Responsibilities

The Capacity Building Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing an annual Community Capacity Building Plan relevant to our service delivery area
  • Delivering capacity building plan actions and outcomes
  • Planning, coordinating, marketing, and participating in key promotional and capacity-building events and activities
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education
  • A current Working with Children Check (Employee) or VIT Registration
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (can be obtained during application)
