Key Responsibilities

  • Process Development: Develop and standardize technical pre-sales processes across the globe, ensuring consistency and efficiency in our sales approach.
  • Customer Engagement: Present the value of our digital solutions to a variety of audiences, from C-level executives to end-users, and all levels in between.
  • Lead Qualification: Contribute to the sales team in driving revenue by qualifying leads and identifying opportunities for commercially viable digital solutions.
  • RFI/RFP Response: Answer requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs) in a detailed and professional manner.
  • Solution Development: Prepare and deliver solution-based product presentations and demonstrations to customers, showcasing the benefits of our digital solutions.
  • Customer Proof of Concepts: Execute on customer proof of concepts (POCs) to demonstrate the value of our digital solutions.
  • IoT and Asset Management: Provide expertise in IoT, tracking, and item-level asset management to customer engagements, ensuring the optimal usage and utilization of our products and services.
  • Pre-Sales Lifecycle: Understand the business and operational goals of our customers and recommend solutions that meet their needs, from RFI response to scoping exercises and prototype/proof of concept development.

Requirements

  • Pre-Sales Experience: Prior experience in pre-sales or general sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or supply chain solutions.
  • Digital Knowledge: Familiarity with IoT, track and trace, and digitalization, as well as knowledge of key use case categories such as fresh category, promotions, reusable asset management and optimization, or general supply chain management.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial knowledge and strategic thinking ability, with the ability to create value through the use of technology in the supply chain.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
