We are seeking a skilled Client Liaison Specialist to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients from initial contact through to handover
  • Ensuring a seamless building journey by effectively communicating project updates and progress
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve challenges and achieve project goals
Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a customer-facing role within residential construction, preferably with knockdown/rebuild experience
  • A proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A positive attitude, with the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the confidence to resolve client issues professionally
