Technical Solutions Expert

This role plays a pivotal part in supporting large Enterprise customers across Australia and New Zealand.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create Client Architecture Plans that outline key areas for discovery, outlining key areas in a templated and programmatic manner for a subset of Australian Customers. Update these plans quarterly.
  • Engage in Technical Pre-Sales Engineering to leverage technical expertise and understand client challenges and position solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Develop Deep Client Understanding by working closely with clients and Sales teams to gain an understanding of customer technical priorities, challenges, and initiatives that can be translated into tailored IT solutions.
  • Deliver High-Quality Pre-Sales Solutions by taking responsibility for the development and quality of pre-sales technology solution deliverables within the domain of sales opportunities. This includes creating technical proposals, architectural diagrams, and service scopes.
  • Requirements and Scoping Workshops involve actively participating in workshops with customers, delivery partners, and Sales.
  • Build Relationships by developing and fostering strong relationships with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and key services partners local to your region and territory.
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor for the Engineering team, offering guidance on architecture and leading other consultants on solutions and optimization services.
  • Provide Consultative Support for enterprise solutions, covering various technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10-15 years of industry experience in client-side senior roles or technology integrators.
  • Architectural and technical experience with applications, Infrastructure, Cyber, Cloud, and Networking, Data Center, and End User Experience solutions.
  • Hold Industry Level Certifications including CCDE, CCIE, CISSP, CDP, MCSE AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
  • Experience consulting Fortune 500 IT leadership on deployment of technology solutions in sales environments.
  • Familiarity with Big Data, AI, automation, end user experience, and service management technologies along with cloud technologies including containers, Kubernetes, cloud-native services, storage, networking, and commercial models at a high level.
