The role of Key Account Manager is a senior position that requires strong leadership and sales skills. As a Key Account Manager, you will lead strategic partnerships with our most important healthcare clients, working closely with C-suite leaders to drive tailored solutions and support account managers in delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:- Build long-term relationships with executive-level clients.
- Develop and execute account plans to meet business targets.
- Guide and mentor account managers on strategy and execution.
- Lead high-level meetings and presentations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Report on key metrics and customer activity using CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 8 years of experience in sales, including 3 years in a similar role.
- Strong healthcare or diagnostics experience preferred.
- Proven success with executive-level clients.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
