Job Overview:

A Strategic Client Liaison is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, anticipating customer needs and delivering exceptional service to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong working relationships with internal teams to effectively mitigate risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial banking with a strong understanding of customer due diligence processes and AML regulations.
  • Portfolio management expertise with excellent written and verbal communication skills and confident interpersonal abilities.
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, such as finance or business.
