  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery aligns with timelines and quality standards.
  • Implement Targeted B2B Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted B2B campaigns for new centre sales, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Manage Digital Marketing Strategies: Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including SEM, display advertising, social media, and email marketing.
  • Create and Manage Social Media Content: Design and implement a comprehensive social media content calendar across various platforms, ensuring engaging and relevant content.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to produce compelling digital content, driving brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Assess Marketing Effectiveness: Support the Global Marketing Manager in assessing overall marketing effectiveness, providing insights to inform future marketing strategies.
About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Operations Manager who possesses a passion for marketing, coupled with extensive experience in campaign planning and management. You should be detail-oriented, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 Years of Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing roles, demonstrating a track record of successful campaign execution and management.
  • Proven Digital Marketing Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
