
Clinical Team Leader – Critical Incident Response Manager

This is a senior leadership role within the wellbeing industry, focused on providing strategic direction and guidance to clinical teams in relation to critical incident response.
The successful candidate will have significant experience as a leader within the organisational wellbeing sector, with expertise in supervisory roles, coaching, mentoring and quality assurance. A strong track record of people management, problem solving and stakeholder engagement is also essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading and developing a team of clinicians who specialise in critical incident response and support services.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to consultants, clients and stakeholders on all matters related to wellbeing and mental health.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement policies, procedures and protocols that enhance wellbeing outcomes.
- Supporting the development of high-performing teams through effective leadership and coaching strategies.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a degree-level qualification in psychology, social work or counselling, with at least five years' experience working within the organisational wellbeing sector. You should also have a proven track record of delivering workplace counselling services, including critical incident response, and be able to demonstrate excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
