Clinical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Manager to oversee critical incidents and onsite services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive teams to achieve performance objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Regularly assess and review progress against primary goals, ensuring high-quality service provision.
  • Foster a culture of strategic thinking by championing business directions and demonstrating strong leadership with staff.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Clinical Officer to establish relevant KPIs for coordinators and consultants, tracking measures and systems.
  • Nurture ongoing relationships with key decision-makers at client organisations and participate in client meetings to support clinical service delivery.
  • Develop and implement clear processes to maximise quality in service delivery.
  • Address complaints when necessary and report accordingly.
  • Ensure consultant compliance with clinical governance and service delivery standards.
  • Promote a culture of accountability through compassionate leadership.
About You

You will be a registered Psychologist, Social Worker or Counsellor with at least five years' experience in a supervisory role within the organisational wellbeing industry.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years consulting experience, with a minimum of four years in critical incident service delivery.
  • Proficiency in trauma-informed care and best practice service delivery.
  • A minimum of five years' leadership experience in a clinical or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of emergency care service delivery models and people management in an emergency/critical incident context.
  • Familiarity with onsite models, including walk-the-floor and individual counselling.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team of professionals in providing a customer-driven service across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the capacity to make decisions, coordinate projects and respond reactively where necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage high-volume tasks.
  • Strong decision-making capability regarding customer risk and exemplary strategic planning skills.
  • Proven ability to manage people and influence culture.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and initiative, with the ability to 'think outside the square'.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in a related field of consulting services.
  • Availability to travel as required.
