This is a unique opportunity to be involved in both the retail and fitness spaces. You will work alongside the Head Coach to bring to life events localized to your store as well as managing the business. Key responsibilities include:
">• Delivering an exceptional community experience
">• Being a brand ambassador and storyteller for our brand history and values
">• Supporting the build and roll-out of a strategic and fun quarterly community plan that drives community growth and brand advocacy
">• Organizing and facilitating in-store events to add value to the community and drive in-store visitation
">• Leading events at local gyms and studios to support local businesses and grow local community awareness
">• Building relationships with local values-aligned partners
">• Galvanizing the team around building relationships in the community
">• Ensuring timely feedback, both positive and constructive, to elevate the team to be 1% better every day

">• Ensuring daily game plans are completed accurately and efficiently
">• Managing stock and visual merchandising maintenance tasks

">• Educating and engaging the team on the financial performance of the store and getting their support on achieving the stores financial targets and KPIs
