Job Title:

A senior retail leader is required to drive store sales and performance in our Canberra location.

  • Leads the team to deliver sales growth and meet performance targets
  • Has a strong commercial acumen, driving results through product placement and opportunities
  • Effectively manages store rosters to deliver budgeted wage %
  • Ensures staff are trained to deliver excellent customer service that meets brand standards
  • Maximises sell-throughs and profitability of products through effective stock management
  • Ensures the store maintains visual standards and merchandises stock to maximise sales potential
  • Recruits team members with the correct brand fit, competencies and behaviours
  • Provides team with a quality induction and introduction to the brand
  • Provides direction and feedback to the team
Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivers sales budgets and growth expectations
  • Has strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success
  • Passion for styling and eye for detail to uphold visual merchandising standards
  • Exposure to stock management
  • Experience in preparing monthly rosters and administration duties
  • Proven ability in driving sales and achieving KPI'S & budgets
  • High personal standards in providing superior customer service
