Job Overview

The role of Floor Manager involves serving as a Senior Beauty Advisor and supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in leading the store team.

This position requires driving sales, coaching team members, and utilizing data to inform operational decisions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, showcasing the Sephora experience to customers through embodying Sephora's DNA.
  • Drive sales and exceed KPIs by consistently raising the performance and capability of your team.
  • Utilize reporting data to support operational decisions, working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
  • Foster open communication among team members, providing effective feedback and consistent communication with Management.
  • Serve as the point of contact when acting as Manager in Charge for client and cast member matters.

Key Qualifications:

  • Previous retail management experience across areas of managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control and visual merchandising.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
  • Able to work a rotating roster to support store needs.
  • Possess a hands-on leadership style, motivating and coaching team members to succeed.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent client service and experiential retail.
  • Strong culture builder, maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Results-driven, with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

About the Role:

This is a mid-senior level, full-time position within the Sales and Business Development function.
