About the Role

This dynamic and impactful position is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing effective engagement strategies to boost financial support and community involvement. The successful candidate will be a proactive and passionate advocate for our organisation's mission and values.



Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute compelling fundraising initiatives, including regular giving campaigns, events, and sponsorships, to diversify our income streams.
  • Become an expert in building and maintaining strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and philanthropic partners, tailoring communications to their needs and interests.
  • Develop and implement supporter engagement strategies using various digital platforms, ensuring consistent, timely, and effective communication with our stakeholders.
  • Prepare clear, persuasive proposals, reports, and communications tailored to diverse audiences, showcasing the impact and value of our programmes.


Skill Requirements
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, particularly with donors, sponsors, and philanthropic partners.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience developing marketing collateral and stakeholder communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare clear, persuasive proposals, reports, and communications tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organisational and systems skills, including CRM management and Microsoft 365.
  • Proven ability to set and achieve goals and growth targets.
