Program and Event Support Specialist

As a Program and Event Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging experiences for the community. Your contributions will focus on supporting event operations, developing new programs, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless event execution by handling setup and takedown tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Establish effective communication channels with contractors, stallholders, and suppliers to facilitate smooth event operations.
  • Manage ticketing processes accurately and maintain comprehensive records.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of events, programs, and workshops that promote community well-being and engagement.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and after-hours shifts.
  • Current Working with Children Check and valid Driver's Licence are mandatory.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ticketing, venue operations, community programs, or event delivery is highly advantageous.
  • National Police Clearance (less than three months old) is preferred.
