Business Development Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the healthcare industry.

The main purpose of this role is to drive growth and expansion of our Sleep Solutions business across various regions by building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sleep physicians, general practitioners, and allied health organizations.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to increase market share and referrals within the sleep market
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through relationship-building and networking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify areas for growth
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports to track progress towards goals
Key Responsibilities

This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly within the sleep segment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with all levels of management.

  • Tertiary education in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing within the medical device industry
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance processes for medical devices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
