The Role

We're seeking a Relationship Manager in our Specialised Agribusiness team to manage and build strong relationships with customers, driving portfolio growth through customer acquisition, increasing share of wallet and referrals while demonstrating mastery of the role capabilities.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • You will act in the best interest of the customer, applying a customer-centric approach to deliver exceptional results.
  • Proactively develop and maintain a detailed understanding of customer business and financial needs to provide appropriate solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external networks to support deal design and execution.
  • Collaborate with Product Partners and other stakeholders to design, structure and execute deals that drive value for both parties.
  • Manage credit and operational risks effectively and proactively, adhering to a strong operational rhythm.
The Skills You'll Need
  • Relationship Management: Build, maintain and influence relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Business Development: Partner with individuals and/or organisations to pursue strategic initiatives, relationships and/or opportunities to drive commercial value.
  • Customer Solutioning: Support customers by understanding their needs and informing them about relevant products or services that meet those needs.
  • Credit Assessment and Management: Assess, advise, monitor and approve customer credit worthiness based on internal credit policies, guidelines and scoring models.
  • Critical Thinking: Analyse and evaluate information to understand opportunities and challenges, using logic and reasoning to make informed decisions.
A Competitive Salary

We offer a highly competitive salary package, estimated around $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
