Sales Support Administrator

At Talent Right, we're seeking an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join our team in Rockhampton. As the primary point of contact for customers, you'll be responsible for handling inbound inquiries, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer queries.
- Maintain a clean and organized branch, ensuring safety and addressing issues promptly.
- Manage smaller accounts, building strong relationships and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Complete sales reporting requirements accurately in our systems.
- Attend daily sales huddles and follow our sales process.
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in B2B supply.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (Netsuite experience is advantageous).
- Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and a process-driven approach.
- Sales mindset with a helpful attitude towards colleagues and customers.
- Attention to detail and a friendly nature.
