This role governs the end-to-end lifecycle of technology assets, from procurement through to disposal.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all end user computing (EUC) hardware assets across all regions.
  • Govern device lifecycle tracking, including procurement, deployment, transfers, repairs, and disposal.
  • Manage reporting and insights into hardware health, currency (age, OS), and usage.
  • Lead initiatives to right-size hardware fleets and support standardisation.
  • Ensure asset compliance with policies around encryption, security controls, and endpoint management.
  • Maintain an accurate and compliant software license inventory across managed products.
  • Monitor entitlements, allocations, renewals, and usage across key platforms.
  • Provide regular reporting on license utilisation, shelfware, and renewal timelines.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in IT asset management, SAM, or workplace operations.
  • Strong understanding of hardware lifecycle and software licensing models.
  • Familiarity with enterprise tooling such as Intune, JAMF, Lansweeper, ServiceNow, and SCCM.
  • Proven ability to develop governance frameworks, audit practices, and compliance reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills.
  • ITIL Foundation or certification in IT Asset Management.
  • Exposure to ISO 19770 or similar standards.
