Compliance Lead

We are seeking a key professional to join our Network Assets & Assurance division. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering compliance frameworks that ensure Rolling Stock meets its asset management obligations.

You will lead the development, implementation, and continual improvement of an asset management governance framework, including documenting guidelines and procedures for decision making.

Additionally, you will oversee the management of the Rolling Stock Technical Maintenance Plan (TMP) to ensure effective preventative and predictive maintenance of Rolling Stock Fleets in accordance with Metro's Asset Management commitments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the TMP to optimize life cycle costing (LCC) and TMP compliance.
  • Ensure all obligations are known, measured, and delivered by engaging with stakeholders to raise awareness and understanding.
  • Develop and implement an asset management governance framework.
  • Ensure compliance reporting framework results in assets being managed in alignment with enterprise standards and legislative obligations.
  • Collaborate with SERQ to manage and perform audits of asset maintenance activities and processes.
  • Establish and maintain processes to manage relevant risks.
About You
  • Able to work in a process driven environment, organized, and detail oriented.
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in a maintenance environment.
  • Understanding of asset management principles as expressed in ISO55000.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders outside direct control.
