Learning Experience Designer

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with educators to design high-quality digital resources, tools and activities aligned with best practice standards.
  • Deliver comprehensive training that empowers staff to confidently teach and engage in online learning environments.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and integrate effective learning resources for seamless online delivery.
  • Apply CQUniversity's templates, processes and protocols within the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure efficient course delivery.
  • Contribute to course and unit development by supporting academics with digital technologies that enhance student outcomes.
  • Assist with online development projects, ensuring timely and successful results.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in education and training, accompanied by a degree or diploma (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to negotiate and facilitate outcomes with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, contributing to technology-enabled learning and teaching initiatives.
  • The ability to respond appropriately to a wide range of clients and client needs while maintaining a high standard of quality customer service.
  • Demonstrated success in the development of learning designs/curriculum across higher education and/or vocational education and training sectors.
